Have you ever wonder how the NBA player make it look so easy? They all have grueling workout’s starting with their upper body’s then lower body’s and then what they eat.

Strong Torso

First I am going to tell you about the upper body workouts.Their are many different types of upper body workouts.For example here's some of the upper body workouts that the NBA player do is called chest fly, bench press, pull ups,and shoulder press.Dwight Howard upper body is very strong, that's why he is so physical when he plays.NBA players do most of these workouts during their preseason for they can be in shape for the real season.You can do any of theses workouts to get you ready for ant physical activity.

Strong legs

Second I'm going to tell you about the lower body workout that the NBA players do to stay in shape.Their are ts of lower body workout that the NBA player do.For example leg curls,wall sits,walking lunges, and leg presses.Ron Artest legs is very strong that's way he have good defences. This is how the NBA players can jump so high and run so long.If you do these workouts you can be a very great athlete or if u just want to have strong legs.

Eatting Healthy

Other then working out their are many other way to stay in shape like what type of foods you eat.NBA players eat a lot ,but they eat whats right for their body's to stay in shape.For example grilled chicken, pasta, and rice.These are some types of foods that the NBA players eat to give them long term energy. But all the NBA players don't eat good that's why some players get more minutes in the games because they got more stamina.


These are some the the NBA players do to stay in shape. You don't have to be in the NBA to do these workouts or eat good.You can do these thing, if you just want to stay in shape and look good.For example Kobe Bryant he workout his upper body and lower body also he eats good . That's why he so successful in the NBA today.
